Go Back To Where You Came From
This program was a eye opener at what asylum seekers go through to come to Australia and to have a better life it was great to see the people go through what asylum seekers go throught to get to Australia and how they live now that they are in Australia and to here what they went through in their own countries. Some went through torture others went through when there houses were invaded by soldiers and what those soldiers did to there family and what they went through after these traumatic events and then what they went through while they were on the boat on there way to Australia and what the boat ride was like and how many people were on the same boat and the conditions that they incounted on there way here to a better life and how much they love living here were it is free and a peaceful country where they can live there life and dont have to worry about war or anything like that.
Good reflection Jamie, it is always beneficial to listen to the stories of others, if for no other reason than to appreciate our freedom and safety in Australia. Again, check over your work for sentence structure. If you read your response out loud you will find your sentences are quite long, it will be good to practise this aspect of your writing going into VCE. You use terrific language and vocabulary, just need to polish your writing! Also some spelling errors hear/here; through/thought; there/their; encountered. Keep working on this in your blogs, well done
